The location and view are incredible, only a blocks walk, to the famous Anna Maria City Pier, Pine Avenue, restaurants boutiques and shops. Enjoy kayaks, paddle boards and bicycles, all FREE, for our guests.

An "Old Florida" family home, built on Anna Maria, before all the giant new homes have taken toll. Enjoy a piece of " Old Florida"charm, stay in this completely remodeled home, directly on the water and beach.The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. All four bedrooms have new King size beds. There is a huge porch, facing the water and it has a large pull out queen-size sofa, available for sleeping. There are 4 bathrooms, 3 of the bathrooms are connected inside the bedrooms; all bathrooms have showers, with towels and washcloths. 1 bathroom is directly located across from the bedroom. You will find a very comfortable living room, with a water view and a large smart tv, an open kitchen, with an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave. Have your meals or coffee, while you eat or drink over an ole pine dinning table, with 8 nautical antique chairs, surrounded by mounted fish, on the walls. Mosey on out to the large porch, right on the water. It a great spot, while still being inside in the cool AC, to watch through the big picture windows, all of the activities going on outside on the beach and water. Most likely, you will see boats of all sizes, jet skiers, paddle boarders, kayaker's and of course, in the distance, the famous Sunshine Skyway Bridge and its nightly light show. Our family, has always enjoyed playing a game of gin rummy, canasta or chess, as we watched the dolphin and manatees often swimming, right out our window. Step outside and be on the deck, there are numerous lounge rocking chairs and a table to, enjoy your snacks, coffee or afternoon drinks. We know you will have a great stay at AMI SKYVIEW...........Make lifelong memories. Have fun.

This house is wheelchair-friendly with ramps leading inside, outside, and throughout the house. Beach access and deck access is available.

As your host, please know that I am always available to give any advise or help about our house or the area. I'm a fifth generation Floridian and my family has lived on Anna Maria Island, for over 80 years.....I know it all......Dale
Other Details To Note
Anna Maria Island is well known for guests using street legal rental golf carts. Guests enjoy, riding up and down the island, stopping at shops and restaurants. And best of all, it's wonderful in finding a parking space. I have a good friend who owns a really nice golf cart, jet ski and finish charter business. He offers a nice discount to my customers. He will deliver and pick up golf carts at the house. If you have any interest in renting any of these, please contact me and I will give you the information or have him contact you.
